This is global leader in providing technology enabled business solutions and services, the HQ based in USA. To continue with their success of the business, they are seeking a Solution Architect - Workplace in China Beijing.



In this challenging role, you will be responsible to provide a populated cost model for Product Line/functional group (including hardware, software, technical and operational support); you will be responsible to provide the technical solution for their Product Line/functional area as part of a bid or proposal, this will be discharged in concert with the other Product Lines and functional groups. (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement etc); you will be also responsible to determine the commercial and technical requirements of the client as the basis to develop a costed response.



As the successful candidate, you should have at least 8 years related working experience in IT Service company; 3-5 years experience in Bid & Solution Design; A proven track record in designing & architecting Managed Services Solutions; Understanding of ITIL Framework; Understanding of Platforms, Data Center, Networking and Service Management; Strong understanding and architectural knowledge of Service Desk, Desktop Support Solution, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, Antivirus, Blackberry, Asset Management and Electronic Desktop Management; Strong understanding and architectural knowledge of Service Desk, Desktop Support Solution, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, Antivirus, Blackberry, Asset Management and Electronic Desktop Management; Fluent in English and Mandarin.
