This client is a key in the energy sector with a strong presence globally. They are highly reputed for providing end to end solutions to the oil sector. They have a brand new role created in Singapore and are looking for a experienced Internal Communications Executive to head up internal branding and communication efforts. This client has a very strong foothold in the oil & gas and marine sector and are poised for stronger growth and expansion in the coming years.
As the Internal Communications Executive your key responsibility will be to lead internal branding and communication efforts. You will decide the best platforms for delivering key company news, events information, CEO messages and other employee engagement initiatives. This position will work very closely with key personnel from the senior management team across the region including the CEO who is based in Singapore. Choosing the right platform and channel for the CEO to communicate with employees will be your decision to make. You are expected to chose the most effective communication tools for employee engagement. You will work very closely with the regional marketing communications team to share information and insights on communication strategies.
To be successful, you must come with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in internal communications. You are confident of your ability to engage with senior management and employees alike. You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. You are confident, well presented and possess strong interpersonal skills.
