My client is a successful manufacturing business based in West Brom and they are currently going through a strong period of growth. As a result of this strong business performance they are now looking for a stand alone HR Officer/Manager to join them.



This role with report into the Finance Director and will be responsible for all HR and people related issues. You will set up the HR from scratch, including updating all employee files, reviewing all policies and procedures and the employee handbook. You will manage all of the ER issues, including disciplinary and grievance and absence management.



To be successful in this role you will be a strong HR professional with a track record of providing a HR service to a commercial business, ideally manufacturing. You will have experience in a stand alone HR capacity in an SME type business.
