The Sourcing Lead develops and leads the Talent Acquisition strategy for the team, that aligns with both business goals and our values. The purpose of the role is to develop a talent pipeline through leadership and effectively executing sourcing strategies. This is done by motivating and inspiring the sourcing team to achieve high performing results, building capability in the Talent Sourcing group through targeted search. The Sourcing Leader must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, be dedicated to “attracting and selecting the best talent” and be committed to developing an all star team. As player coach you are responsible for leveraging your resources effectively and efficiently to execute the sourcing strategy. Success in this role will be demonstrated by effective execution of global strategies, ensuring pipelines for Leadership roles are constantly developed and strengthened and meet the changing needs of the business


Core resposibilities



  • Utilizes Sourcing technical knowledge to direct and develop processes, measurements and tools that reflect best practices for the function.

  • Translates data (labor trends, market trends, labor demographics) into relevant, understandable information utilized to drive business decisions.

  • Develops strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current needs, as well as the future growth of the business.

  • Builds and manages a team of talent sourcing specialists dedicated to sourcing and pipelining talent for all roles within the organization. Coaches sourcing team to identify sourcing strategies for the business they are supporting.

  • Monitors candidate quality and sources across the team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of quality talent.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand internal customer’s hiring needs and translate into sourcing plans.

  • Creates and maintains relationships with other business and HR functions through partnerships to maximize total strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition alignment.

  • Fosters strong and collaborative working relationships with leaders across the company.

  • Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.

  • Demonstrates personal credibility and impact through influencing others, leading people and communicating clearly.
