HAYS Construction is working with a highly successful subcontractor based in the Inner West , who specialise in the provision of high-end products and services to major contractors, and are currently recruiting for an Estimator to work closely with the project team and operations manager and assist in the development and submissions of tenders.



You will play a key role in the estimating function, by reviewing drawings and doing take-offs and then submitting final tenders to clients. You will be given time and development to get you up to speed where needed and become fully versed in the company's service offering. This organisation has become highly successful in the delivery of this package on major commercial and industrial projects and you will be required to visit site, lease with clients and work closely with site teams through the installation process.



To be considered, you will have be degree educated or come from a trade background, have strong commercial acumen and have previous experience in an Estimating, Contract Administration or even a site based role where you have gained exposure to the tendering stages of projects. What is most important is that you are an excellent communicator, highly motivated and willing to chip in where need in an open and collaborative environment.
