You will be positioned in the process and organisation team which sits at the heart of the capital markets business line and support the development, expansion, and growth of the group's new business activities. This will be achieved through a close relationship with the business, gathering and analysing business initiatives and providing operational expertise to define solutions that meets / exceeds the business, operations or finance needs.



It is essential that you have experience in complex process improvement initiatives and have managed key Capital Market projects interacting with structuring teams, sales and trading teams, business management, Operations, IT and Finance.
