My client is a leading national Tier 1 contractor working across a mixture of commercial, institutional and apartment projects ranging from $20m to $100m+.They have a solid reputation for delivering complex, technically challenging and impressive projects within the Melbourne market.



With an impressive portfolio of projects under their belt along with a strong pipeline of work for 2015 and beyond they are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team.



As a Project Manager you will be mixed between office and site based on either an institutional project with a value of $50 million or a commercial project with the value of $40 million, you will be reporting to the Construction Manager and will be solely responsible for the project. You will have an established and well-structured team working alongside you to help you deliver the project.





To be success for this role you will have a minimum of 6 years Project Management experience within Australia backed by a solid track record of successfully delivering commercial projects circa $50 million.

You will have stability with past employers, be well presented and lead from the front.
