My client is a well known retail bank, currently undergoing a large scale change programme. They require skilled professionals from an incident management background to support business protection, working as part of a team who co-ordinate a 247/365 incident management control.



Coordinating a range of incident management controls, your job will involve assisting the design, delivery and oversight of metrics and you will be expected to demonstrate continuous improvement of incident management policies. The job will also involve working on an "on-call" rota basis.



This is a 12 month FTC role offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
