To maintain and further develop the BI capability using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services for data integration and IBM Netezza for data staging and the data warehouse, to support decision-making and the delivery of tangible insights to the business.

• To assure availability of the data warehouse through proactive and responsive maintenance of data integration and data store solutions.
• Articulate data integration and data store non-functional requirements and formally transition them to the IS Support team.
• Extend existing and develop new data integration and data store capabilities under the direction of the Head of BI, and in collaboration with the business.
• Support data cleansing activities and help define business rules to support data quality and master data management.
• Understand and implement security and compliance processes in partnership with IS.
